We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merchandise they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, processing sales transactions and promoting additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
• Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
• Work as part of a team to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $15 - $15.50 an hour. The final salary depends on factors such as education, location, experience, and training.
