Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and production support of antenna products. This role requires strong modeling and drafting proficiency, effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost estimation.

• Produce detailed 3D models and engineering drawings using Solid Works and AutoCAD.
• Create and maintain Bills of Material and enter data into the ERP system.
• Develop and document manufacturing processes for new designs; coordinate with operations and production teams to confirm feasibility.
• Join production meetings to identify assembly challenges and refine designs accordingly.
• Assist with obtaining component quotes for new product designs.
• Follow development schedules and proactively communicate potential delays.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• Experience in design engineering with Solid Works
• Experience with in a manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
