Responsibilities

• Post invoices
• Bill out New, Used, and Wholesale deals
• Type Checks
• Receipt incoming payments
• Maintain Schedules
• Stock in vehicles
• Payoff incoming trades
• Track payments over 10K
• Collecting on Accounts Receivable
• Pay taxes
• File
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must have Dealership accounting experience
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Knowledge of Dealer Track DMS
• Knowledge of any of the following
  • L&T
  • Billing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Warranty
  • Dispatch
  • Cashiering

• Self motivated
• punctually and attendance is vital
