Senior Accountant

LHH is partnering with a well-established firm in Orinda, CA, seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong background in real estate or financial services. This is a direct hire opportunity for professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take ownership of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including GL oversight, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Prior experience in real estate or financial services is essential
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Competitive compensation $100K up to $110K
