Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our substance use disorder (SUD) Recovery Support team in Orem, Utah! In this onsite role, you'll work directly with adults involved in probation and parole, helping them rebuild stability, access resources, and move toward long-term recovery. What You'll Do As a Case Manager- Complete SUD-focused assessments and assist in creating individualized recovery and service plans.
- Provide ongoing case management, check-ins, follow-ups, and recovery support.
- Work closely with probation/parole officers and coordinate care for justice-involved clients.
- Connect clients with housing, employment, treatment programs, and other community resources.
- Assist clients in building stability, accountability, and recovery-focused life skills.
- Help clients navigate court expectations, mandated treatment requirements, and community programs.
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and accurate records.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and treatment planning discussions.
- Collaborate daily with therapists, medical providers, and SUD program staff.

Note:
Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
- Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of Social Work principles
- Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
- Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing
