We are a growing company in search of someone who shows leadership qualities and desires to grow with the company.

We are looking to bring on one full-time Lead technician for residential and commercial cleaning of air duct systems. Must be available to work Monday-Friday.

• 2-3 years hands on HVAC tech experience
• Honest, hardworking, and punctual
• Able to work well with others and able to follow directions
• Mechanically inclined
• Personable and have excellent customer service
• Able to competently speak to customers in order to properly address their needs and accomplish the tasks necessary to complete the job with excellence
• Have clean and kept appearance
• Have a clean and valid driver's license
• Willing to take and pass a drug test
• Willing to take and pass a background test
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends during busy times

2-3 years of HVAC technician experience a must
