Position OverviewThe Sales Advisor will play a key role in converting qualified prospects into long-term clients while building trusted relationships through a consultative advisory approach. This individual will work closely with internal planning and service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support for new clients. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a relationship-driven sales environment and is passionate about helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions as they plan for retirement and long-term financial independence.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with qualified prospects and guide them through the firm’s consultative advisory process
- Convert prospective clients into long-term relationships through thoughtful discovery and needs-based solutions
- Clearly communicate the firm’s planning philosophy, investment approach, and client service model
- Collaborate with internal financial planning and client service teams to deliver a seamless client onboarding experience
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Track and manage prospect activity and client engagement through CRM systems
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth initiatives
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service
- Previous experience in financial advisory, relationship management, or consultative sales within financial services
- Strong ability to build trust and develop meaningful client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
