La‑Z‑Boy is an industry leader in luxury furniture and home furnishings. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to provide a premium retail experience, drive sales, and help customers envision and create their ideal living spaces.

• Guide high‑end clients through a premium sales experience and curate luxury looks.
• Create inspired spaces with world‑class furniture and décor.
• Drive sales to meet store goals by selling furniture, accessories, and services.
• Complete all sales paperwork and customer service issues timely.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing new peers on product knowledge and selling process.
• Accurately record orders, collect deposits and fees, and maintain organized customer records.
• Follow company policies, including harassment, attendance, and sales procedures.
• Perform a minimum number of house calls to customer homes and maintain a consistent sales average.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and rapport building.
• Previous selling experience, especially in luxury retail, strongly preferred.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to use computer technology and word processing software.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand for long periods; reliable transportation for customer visits.

Training Pay: $22.00 per hour for two weeks (no commission) |
Post‑Training Base Pay: $45,864 annually (plus commission) |
Commission: Uncapped, 6%–7.5% on individual written sales.
