As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive killer sales results. • Passionate about driving sales:
  As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in‑store guest experience.
• People leader:
  Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards on the Sales floor and Fitting Room.
• Talent & training:
  Recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork:
  Set clear, attainable goals, provide ongoing performance feedback through real‑time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Visual & operational innovator:
  Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms are always guest‑ready and meet AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity:
  Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
