Average hourly: $18-$22 (base pay: $15 an hour base plus incentives and uncapped commission).

We are now looking for Sales Associates to serve as people-loving, growth hungry team members who are ready to take their career to the next level.

• Support store management in maintaining the store’s overall performance and appearance.
• Greet customers, conduct store tours, address questions, and promote products and services to enhance customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly personal sales goals and actively contribute to increasing overall store revenue.
• Protect customer information and accurately process financial transactions.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of store by completing daily chores and weekly deep cleans of all equipment.

• High school diploma preferred
• Available to work flexible shifts, including some weekends, and holidays
• 3 or more months of retail experience preferred
