Store Associate Year-Round

Work part‑time at Honey Baked with truly flexible schedules that fit students, teachers, retirees, and anyone looking to earn extra income. Our stores are open Monday‑Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (closed on Sunday).

• Assist phone, catering, in‑store lunch, and retail customers with excellent, friendly service.
• Help with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate product features and benefits, driving add‑on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout the shift, taking responsibility for tasks within your control.
• Consistently follow all processes, procedures, and company standards in service, food preparation, safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred—experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate, or store associate is a big plus. Bring your restaurant, retail, customer service, grocery, or hotel experience to Honey Baked.

Physical dexterity and mobility are required: the job may involve working with a hot torch, bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting supplies; ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
