• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and provide information about tools, products, and services available in-store and related to fulfillment.
• Assist guests with purchases, returns, and questions while following Target policies and procedures.
• Work to minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Drive awareness of brand launches, store activities, and events; explain the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Explain and assist with Target Wallet, the Target App, and other digital features relevant to guest needs.
• Handle order pickup, drive-up, registry, and related services with care and accuracy; follow safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours as needed.
• Perform Cash Office duties and support cash register operations as required.
• Other duties based on business needs to support store operations.

On-Demand team members may create their own schedules by picking up shifts through the myTime app. You will need to respond to scheduling requests and demonstrate reliable attendance. Some roles may require participation in orientation and training schedules to prepare for the position. All other duties as needed to support store operations.
