Location: On-Site, Orem, Utah & Event Travel

Travel: 25% local and national travel

Position

Summary

As the Event Coordinator
, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and attending our high‑level events that promote Just Ingredients and our products. You will play a key role in increasing brand exposure and driving sales by planning both in‑person and virtual events, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, and ensuring that each event showcases our products to elevate our brand visibility, drive product awareness, and engage with customers and partners at each event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
    • Design, coordinate, and execute a variety of high‑level events for our brand partnerships, creators/influencers, trade shows, pop‑up shops, product launches, and health and wellness expos.
    • Ensure events align with the company’s goals, target markets, and brand positioning.
    • Manage all logistics for events, including organizing product, designing display & set up, coordinating staffing, and researching additional opportunities to increase the impact of an event.
    • Set up events and ensure all materials (brochures, promotional items, product samples) are displayed strategically.
    • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all events are executed within budget and timelines.
    • Track expenses and report on ROI to ensure the events are cost‑effective and successful.
  • Brand Representation:
    • Serve as a brand ambassador at events, representing the company and products to prospective customers, industry professionals, and media.
    • Engage with attendees to educate them on the benefits of our products and how they fit into a healthy lifestyle.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams:
    • Work closely with the partnership, affiliate, marketing, and sales teams to integrate event strategies with broader marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email promotions, and influencer partnerships.
    • Assist in driving sales at events by engaging with attendees, collecting leads, and helping to convert prospects into customers.
    • Identify key events and conferences in the health, wellness, and supplement space that align with the company’s target audience. Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends to help position our products and brand in the most relevant and impactful way.
  • Post‑Event Reporting and Customer Relationships:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of each event by collecting attendee feedback, analyzing engagement data, and tracking sales outcomes.
    • Provide post‑event reports and recommendations for future event strategies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with event attendees, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand loyalty and increase exposure within target communities.

Qualifications Experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably within the health, wellness, or supplement industry.
  • Professionalism working with high‑touch clients and vendors.
  • Previous experience with product launches, trade shows, expos, or similar events is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable attending in‑person events and interacting with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
