Utah Valley University’s e2i program is looking for a student to be a Marketing Strategy Coordinator, who will support project teams by contributing to marketing planning and strategy development for real‑world projects. This role is flexible and may include work related to marketing plans, brand guidelines, content strategy, and general marketing support, depending on the student’s skills and interests.
This position is ideal for students studying marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, advertising, or related fields. Team members will collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and target audiences.
Responsibilities- Assist with developing marketing plans, strategies, and campaign outlines to support project goals.
- Help create brand guides, messaging frameworks, and content guidelines to ensure consistent communication.
- Support the development of content for digital channels, including social media, email, and web platforms.
- Conduct basic market, audience, and competitor research to inform marketing decisions.
- Assist with general marketing tasks and deliverables to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with team members to align marketing efforts with project objectives and timelines.
- Help track results and refine strategies based on feedback, insights, and performance data.
- Participate in team meetings, reviews, and presentations to support collaboration and alignment.
- Must be a current UVU student.
- Must be available for at least 5–10 hours per week.
- General understanding of marketing principles and strategy.
- Coursework or experience related to marketing, communications, or branding.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms, content tools, or analytics tools (experience level may vary).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students from multiple disciplines.
- Ability to think strategically while also supporting day‑to‑day marketing tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with guidelines, templates, and planning documents.
