About the Job

Assist with the manufacturing of concrete products in our Perfect Plant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support crew during concrete pours and help maintain a clean job site by picking up and storing tools and equipment.
  • Perform materials handling and storage.
  • Follow all safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to leads or supervisors.
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is necessary to perform essential functions.
Education and/or Experience
  • Past experience working with hand tools, saws, air tools, grinders is preferred, not required.
  • Experience working with concrete would be preferred, not required.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).

Physical Activity

Physical Requirements
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects, including the human body.
  • Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; and visual inspection involving small defects at distances close to the eyes.
  • Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less).
  • Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
  • Distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more).
  • Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).
  • Depth perception (three‑dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships).
  • Ability to adjust visual focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus).
Weather Conditions

The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).

For over 2/3 of the time:
The worker is subject to indoor environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
