Lockheed Martin Procerus Technologies is a pioneer, partner, innovator, and builder in the Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (sUAS) industry. We are seeking a talented Flight Operations Project Coordinator to assist our sUAS Flight Operations team. In your role, you will be a member of a team engaged in the qualification, test, and demonstration of tactical sUAS and related accessories. You will:

• Act as liaison between program managers, flight operations, and site leadership.
• Coordinate flight schedules and approvals, customer training, product demonstrations, and internal pilot training.
• Facilitate the operation, maintenance, and repair of flyable UAS assets and associated payloads.
• Set up and maintain systems to assist with these duties.
• Assess productivity issues and develop resolutions to meet relevant business objectives.
• Review, contribute to, and promote training curricula and supporting materials for internal pilots and external customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working around sUAS
• Experience interfacing with military customers

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $52,300 - $92,230. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
