• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available
• Operate milling machines, 3D printers, and other dental lab production equipment.
• Follow detailed digital work orders and quality specifications to ensure accurate results.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect products for precision and consistency before moving to the next production step.

• Must be able to read and write in English to follow digital work orders and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precision work.
• Basic computer skills required; CAD experience is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
