Position Details:

• PRN-Schedule would be made two weeks in advance. Some nights and weekends are required.

Your goals and objectives include:

The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• 1-2 years' experience working in the technical field of plumbing, electrical, HVAC or enrolled in a technical school for one of the fields listed.
• General maintenance experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• 21 years of age or older
