We are currently seeking a qualified individual to immediately fill the position of full-time Claims Case Manager. To be suitable and successful, the role requires:

- Learning internal office systems and procedures quickly
- Work directly with a legal admin team and supervising attorney
- Maintain consistent and accurate communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Review, process, and summarize medical records, employment records, evidence, and client statements
- Write demands and settlement brochures
- Maintain clean and consistent files in our digital management system
- Consistently follow and incorporate internal office systems and procedures
- Have at least 1 year of personal injury work experience, or at least 2 years of legal experience
- Have experience working in Filevine, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Bi-annual performance-based bonuses
