  • Full‑Time temporary position: Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm; for an initial 3‑month period – could extend up to 6 months

Essential Functions
  • File Maintenance – 80% of role
  • Maintains all HR files (audits files and documents, requests missing documents and scans file contents to computer database).
  • Assist the HR Generalist with various duties as a HR team‑player.
  • Order supplies, as needed.
  • Must be a representative of HR – contribute to a culture of care for employees and patients and ensure Service Excellence standards are demonstrated daily.
  • Assists with HR compliance projects, as needed.
Qualifications

Your skills & qualifications will include:

  • Meticulous approach toward records management and maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Attention to details with high accuracy rate
  • Intermediate experience with MS Office Suite required and HRIS systems, preferred.

Education: HSD or GED REQUIRED.

Other Req’s:
MUST be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
