Position Summary

The Field Operations Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting Sun Power's national growth by building high-performing field operations teams. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across installation, service, and field leadership roles—ensuring we hire efficiently, cost-effectively, and with a strong focus on long-term retention and performance. This role requires a data-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and understands the direct impact hiring quality has on operational excellence.

Essential

Duties
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through onboarding
  • Partner with Field Operations leadership to align hiring with workforce planning and growth targets
  • Post positions across company and external job platforms
  • Develop and maintain diverse sourcing channels to drive consistent applicant flow
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and advance qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate structured feedback collection
Talent Quality & Hiring Performance
  • Drive hiring decisions aligned with retention and performance standards
  • Fill job requisitions within a 30-day target timeframe
  • Manage cost-per-hire within established budget thresholds
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, retention rate, funnel conversion, and quality-of-hire indicators
  • Recommend process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and candidate quality
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
  • Communicate hiring decisions professionally to candidates
  • Provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring progress to leadership
  • Influence hiring managers toward best-practice evaluation and selection processes
  • Maintain strong internal relationships across HR, Operations, and Leadership teams
Operational Execution
  • Enter new hire information into onboarding systems accurately and efficiently
  • Support recruiting-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and hiring documentation requirements
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or field operations environments
  • Bachelor's degree required or additional 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience recruiting across multiple job levels, from entry-level to senior roles
  • Strong communication skills across diverse teams and leadership levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while meeting time and budget goals
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • High retention rates and strong performance outcomes among new hires
