Job Description

As a fully licensed clinical therapist on the adolescent unit at Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital, you will work with patients who have experienced past or current trauma, symptoms of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation.

- Provide daily group therapy and a family therapy session
- Complete psychosocial assessments and other clinical assessments
- Develop effective treatment plans and work toward safe discharge planning (average length of stay ≈10 days)
- Provide strong family support and case management skills
- MUST BE FULLY LICENSED (LCSW or CMHC) – VALID/ACTIVE LICENSE TO PRACTICE IN UTAH; REQUIRED
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention
- Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah license
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
