Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Outpatient SUD Therapist, earning $28.50-$44.03 per hour, at our outpatient clinic in Orem, Utah. This on‑site role is a solid mix of meaningful clinical work, collaboration, and work‑life balance. You'll work directly with individuals experiencing substance use disorders in a supportive, client‑centered environment while being backed by a passionate, innovative team that genuinely cares about clients and clinicians.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM‑8:00 PM

Compensation: $28.50‑$44.03 DOE and licensure

What You’ll Do As a Therapist:

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence‑based substance‑use disorder treatment approaches.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document services and client progress accurately using EHR systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client recovery.
• Participate in team meetings focused on quality improvement and innovative care.
• Maintain high standards of safety, ethics, and client‑centered practice.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development within SUD treatment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning and therapy skills.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative team orientation.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and continuous learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment, you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
