OverviewThe Assistant Clinical Director will work alongside the Clinical Director to support the leadership, oversight, and continual improvement of clinical services. This senior clinical leadership position is responsible for supervising clinical staff, supporting program development and quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, inclusive clinical culture. The Assistant Clinical Director may also carry a small clinical caseload to stay connected with direct service delivery.
