Utah Valley University is seeking a student to assist the testing center.
Responsibilities- Assist in the responsibilities of Test Administration which may include the New Student Assessment, the Proctor Exam Center, and the Computer Lab.
- Must be comfortable in dealing with students and the general public.
- Requires experience with customer service, effective problem solving skills, answering phones, general office techniques, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, data entry and the ability to multitask.
- Must be a current UVU student.
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate with the public effectively.
- Ability to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
