We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Creator with expertise in social media trends, organic video content creation, and graphic design to help us elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of the health and wellness space and a strong grasp of social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.

You'll own the full content creation cycle — from concept and camera to final edit — bringing the Just Ingredients brand to life through compelling, authentic video storytelling.

• Concept, script, shoot, and produce high-quality short‑form and long‑form video content for Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Film lifestyle, educational, product‑focused, and behind‑the‑scenes content that authentically reflects the Just Ingredients brand and mission
• Create engaging graphics, motion overlays, and branded visual assets to complement video content
• Photograph products and lifestyle moments for use across social and digital channels

• Edit footage with strong attention to pacing, color grading, sound design, music selection, captions, and graphics
• Optimize all content for platform‑specific formats, aspect ratios, and best practices
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic across all published content
• Manage an organized asset library of footage, graphics, and templates for efficient turnaround

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals
• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh, relevant, and high‑performing
• Partner cross‑functionally with product development, customer support, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment
• Track, analyze, and report on video and content performance metrics, using data to continuously refine strategy and improve engagement
• Support influencer and UGC content strategies with creative direction and editing assistance as needed

• 3+ years of experience in video production, social media content creation, or a related creative field
• A strong portfolio showcasing videography, editing, and social‑first content — especially short‑form video for Tik Tok, Reels, and You Tube Shorts

• Proficiency in video editing software:
  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for graphic design and motion graphics
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound mixing, caption styling, and platform export specifications
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
