Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operator with proven expertise in grading and demolition. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate skid steer machinery to support construction, landscaping, and demolition projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Operate skid steer loaders for grading, excavation, and demolition tasks.
- Load, move, and spread materials such as soil, gravel, and debris.
- Prepare and maintain job sites by grading and leveling surfaces according to project specifications.
- Assist in demolition projects, including concrete demo, structures, and debris.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members and report progress and issues to supervisors.
- Proven experience operating skid steers and loaders in grading and demolition projects.
- Valid operator certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
