About WANDRDWANDRD designs premium travel and photography gear for people who move. Our products are sold globally through direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and marketplace channels, supported by a distributed 3PL and warehouse network across multiple regions.
We operate in a multi-channel, multi-region environment with international supply partners and long lead times — which means inventory decisions matter. A lot.
Over the past several years, we’ve built a strong brand and product foundation. Our next phase is about strengthening the operational discipline behind it — improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing inventory allocation across regions, and managing working capital with greater precision.
We’re investing in smarter systems and stronger planning processes to build a more scalable, capital-efficient global brand.
Role OverviewThe Inventory Planning & Optimization Manager owns forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization across our global distribution network.
This role is responsible not only for forward‑looking demand planning, but also for actively optimizing existing inventory across regions and channels — improving inventory turns, reducing excess stock, and protecting working capital.
You will manage planning complexity across multiple 3PL locations, channels, and international supply partners, balancing service levels with capital efficiency.
Operational execution — including 3PL performance, fulfillment operations, and carrier management — is led by our Operations Manager, allowing this role to focus on inventory strategy, allocation, and capital discipline.
This is a high‑impact role with visibility into revenue, margin, and cash flow — ideal for someone who enjoys solving allocation challenges and building disciplined planning systems within a growing global brand.
