Mail Delivery Driver

* Two (2) years of experience operating vehicles to deliver mail, parcels, or merchandise.
* Oregon driver license Class C and an acceptable driving record.
* Experience operating light and medium duty delivery vehicles (halfton and larger)
* Ability to safely use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
* Excellent interpersonal skills and experience communicating well with others.
* Demonstrated proficiency using mobile applications, computers, email, and online training tools
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Comfortable and confident driving in a wide range of weather conditions and varied city environments
* Ability to navigate efficiently without relying on GPS or other navigation tools.

* This recruitment is for 1 permanent, full-time, SEIU-represented Mail Delivery Driver position, and may be used to fill future vacancies.
* Employee is required to possess and maintain a valid driver’s license issued by the state where the employee resides.
* The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying, the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%.
