We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to take full ownership of the Pacific Northwest market. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, build long-term partnerships, and drive consistent revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management.
This is not a transactional inside sales role. This is a field-based, relationship-driven, solution-oriented sales position for someone who knows how to open doors, ask the right questions, and close.

Job RequirementsExperience & Background
- 2–5+ years of experience in sales, field applications, technical support, or customer-facing roles
- Experience selling or supporting microscopes, capital equipment, laboratory instrumentation, or consumables strongly preferred
- Background in life sciences, biotechnology, laboratory operations, diagnostics, or related technical environments is a plus
- Proven ability to meet performance goals (sales targets, service metrics, or account growth KPIs)
- Experience managing a geographic territory or supporting field-based clients
- Field Application Specialists (FAS) ready to transition into a revenue-driving sales role
- Entry-level sales professionals with technical product exposure looking to step into full territory ownership
- Technical professionals who enjoy client interaction and want to grow into a consultative selling career
- Strong discovery skills — able to uncover scientific, technical, and operational needs
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear value-based solutions
- Confident conducting in-person demonstrations and consultations
- Skilled at identifying upsell opportunities for consumables and service contracts
- Organized and disciplined in managing pipeline and territory activity
