* POSITION SUMMARY:

** Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Residential Maintenance Foreman for our Clackamas location.
*
* JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Leading a crew of 1
-2 crew members in mowing, blowing, weeding, and general cleanup of residential properties.
* Plantings, trimming, and other small landscape projects
* Operate and maintain care of leaf blower, lawn mower, string trimmer, hedge trimmer, and other equipment.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance.
* At least 1 year of crew leader experience
* Ability to take directions and receive feedback from supervisor
* Valid driver's license
* Bilingual in English & Spanish
*
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

*** Ability to lift 50 lbs.
* Able to walk through maintenance accounts, through all types of terrain.
* Ability to bend, stoop, kneel & dig
* Able to drive company assigned vehicle and trailer.

Candidate must be 18 years or older.
