. This role includes 24-hour call coverage and neonatal rounding
, providing care for newborn patients within a hospital-based neonatal unit.
This assignment is ideal for experienced NNPs comfortable with independent neonatal management, NICU rounding, and newborn stabilization in a Level II care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide neonatal care within a Level II NICU
- Conduct daily rounding and clinical assessments
- Manage neonatal treatment plans and stabilization
- Respond to 24-hour call coverage as required
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and NICU teams
- Schedule: 24-hour call blocks
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- 1–3 years neonatal/NICU experience preferred
