POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager in an acute setting

POSITION DUTIES - DCP in an acute setting

• MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file. Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Previous KP experience is preferred, experience with Medicaid/Medicare

• LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks
• SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK: 8:00 - 5:30 every other weekend and holidays
• SYSTEMS: EPIC
