• Oversee staffing, budgeting, regulatory readiness, and day-to-day operations while fostering strong physician relationships.
• Partner with senior nursing leadership and cardiovascular service line executives to align clinical practice with strategic goals.
• Oversee a busy, high-acuity cath lab program featuring four dedicated cath labs and support a fast-paced, professional team committed to teamwork and outcomes.
• Maintain clinical excellence through staff development, competency validation, evidence-based practice, and continuous quality improvement.
