We’re hiring a full‑time Aesthetic Injector to join our vibrant and mission‑driven team. This position will rotate between our two locations in NW Portland and Lake Oswego. Ideal candidates are ethical, team‑oriented clinicians with a passion for facial anatomy, safety, and personalized care.

• Perform in-depth consultations and design custom treatment plans
• Inject neurotoxins and dermal fillers with clinical precision and artistry
• Take and maintain high‑quality before/after photos and charting
• Educate patients thoroughly on procedures, risks, aftercare, and timelines
• Collaborate with estheticians and team members to deliver holistic care
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, ethics, and medical compliance
• Participate in ongoing education, training labs, team meetings, and events
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and inclusive clinic environment
• Engage with marketing opportunities and patient education efforts

• Active license in Oregon as an RN, NP, PA, ND, or MD
• Minimum 1 year of full‑time aesthetic injection experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety
• Clear communicator and thoughtful educator
• Patient‑centered, ethical, and growth‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working weekends and rotating between both locations
• Social media proficiency is a plus, but not required

• Competitive hourly rate + performance bonus (based on credentials/experience)
  • Example: A 14‑year experienced ND on staff earns $85/hour + 3% bonus, targeting $175–200K annually
