About the OpportunityArtera is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager with B2B platform and healthcare experience to highlight the capabilities of the Artera platform and bring the value to life for healthcare buyers. This role will own the development of messaging, positioning, packaging, and key collateral of the Artera platform.
You will work with our Chief Product and Strategy Officer on the overall platform marketing strategy, including testing and collecting feedback on pricing and packaging. You will collaborate with our product managers to define where new features, functionality, and products align within the context of the Artera platform to support launch activities and outcomes. You will work with our go‑to‑market team members to deepen Artera’s understanding of what buyers want from patient communication tools and how to differentiate Artera’s capabilities from competitors.
Responsibilities- Platform Marketing: Define and execute Artera’s market strategy by translating technical innovation into compelling messaging, high‑value collateral, and competitive campaigns that drive customer adoption and growth.
- Product Utilization: Optimize platform growth and revenue by aligning customer pain points with high‑value use cases to inform pricing, packaging, and feature adoption strategies.
- Research: Execute comprehensive buyer and patient research to refine platform messaging, deepen persona insights, and identify high‑impact opportunities for increasing engagement and retention.

Education:
Enable customer‑facing teams by developing standardized sales tools, consistent platform messaging, and actionable insights into buyer evaluation criteria to streamline the purchasing process.
- Experience: 5+ years in healthcare/SaaS product marketing, marketing, strategy, or product management, with enterprise healthcare IT and/or patient access buyers a plus.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Proven ability to coordinate and create consensus within cross‑functional groups without formal authority.
- Communication and Storytelling: Exceptional client presentation and customer interview skills, as well as strong writing skills that emphasize value storytelling for B2B audiences.
- Strategic Execution and Adaptability: Ability to balance shifting priorities within the context of higher level business goals and ambitious department goals.
- Market Analysis & Product Acumen: Ability to learn new products and evaluate them from the market’s perspective.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 a year, with equity and a variety of benefits.
Location and Hiring HubsArtera has hybrid office locations in Santa Barbara, CA, and Philadelphia, PA, with three days a week attendance. Remote candidates located in the following hiring hubs are eligible:
