Day Shift (Full-Time)

We are a growing industrial equipment manufacturer specializing in custom heating systems and advanced control solutions. Our team builds high-quality, precision electrical control systems used in demanding industrial environments. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, innovation, and a strong safety culture.

• Assemble electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses from detailed prints
• Perform layout and physical mounting of components to back panels
• Wire all components according to schematics and specifications
• Install completed control panels onto equipment
• Test panels to ensure proper function and compliance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Hands-on, project-based work environment What You Need to Have:
  • Experience reading electrical schematics and prints
  • Background in control panel assembly and wiring
  • Understanding of industrial electrical components
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  The Musts:
  • Ability to wire panels from prints independently
  • Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift and move panels/equipment as needed
  Preferred:
  • Experience with industrial heating systems
  • Familiarity with UL standards
  • Previous experience testing and troubleshooting panels
