Role DescriptionHardware Lab Technician – Lead I - Lab Support
Opportunity- Own and drive all requirements expected of the team.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of computer architecture, Windows and Linux.
- Ensure timely completion of all tasks with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Provide training and/or facilitate training for all team members.
- Develop success metrics and periodically report metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage resource loading and task distribution.
- POC between team and stakeholders.
- Performance management of team members.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What You Need- Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Pays attention to detail and able to multi-task.
- Able to perform editing and work with scripts as related to testing and debugging.
- Support lab facilities planner to plan locations, space requirements, networking requirements, and power requirements for brand new systems.
- Desired Skills
- In-depth understanding of GFX-drivers and GFX-related troubleshooting.
- Qualification
- 4-7 years of experience in Platform enabling/debug.
- 4-7 years of experience in a hardware or semiconductor lab environment.
- 2-4 years of experience leading teams of up to 20 people.

Compensation Range$57,000–$86,000

Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
