What You Will Be Doing

As a Production associate, no day is ever the same. Depending on where you live, you could be working in any one of our manufacturing plants making anything from bread to beverages, milk to groceries—providing associates with different opportunities to learn and grow within the company. A production associate is on-the-go throughout their entire shift, packaging food & beverages, sanitizing & maintaining machines, and at times operating power equipment to help complete the daily operations of making quality food products.

In Production, you are a team player, collaborating to complete the task at hand, keeping our products moving, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy.

Main Responsibilities

• Select bread for orders
• Standard cleanings
• Operate equipment
• Perform functions necessary in fresh bread making process
• Work safely
• Follow company policies and procedures

Target hourly pay range: $24.17–$25.59 per hour. Starting rates will not be less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Degree or equivalent
• Experience in product order selection, warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing (machine/filler operation)
• 2–3 years of experience preferred
