SummaryThe Production Support team member plays a key role in ensuring efficient, high‑quality manufacturing operations. Working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, responsibilities include preparing and accurately logging ingredients, rotating between stations, performing continuous quality checks, and upholding sanitation and safety standards. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential; the role may also support packaging operations as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Quickly prepare and accurately log ingredients, rotate stations on the fly, and properly operate all equipment for production.
- Operate under current state guidelines, including compliant storage and handling of all products.
- Maintain high‑quality standards during shifts with constant QA/QC of all prepped and produced products.
- Work well with others in high‑pressure situations with a sense of urgency.
- Effectively communicate and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company.
- Maintain and comply with sanitation and safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen and work environment clean and organized.
- Perform visual quality inspections on products and minimize waste where possible.
- Assist with packaging responsibilities as required.
- Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
- At least 6 months of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a food production or kitchen environment.
- Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
- Experience working with a high sense of urgency in a team or independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must obtain all state‑required permits, licenses, certifications (Serv Safe Food Handler’s Card preferred).
- Willingness to submit to a background check.
- Effective communication in English, verbally and written.
- Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state regulations.
Hourly rate of $21.50 – $26.15, paid biweekly, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401(k) and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
