We’re looking for a Producing Branch Manager who’s ready to lead from the front—growing a high-performing team of Mortgage Originators while also generating their own loan production. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to win in today’s mortgage market and wants to build something special.

- Originate a wide variety of residential mortgage loans while staying active in outside sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, referral partners, and community influencers
- Conduct loan interviews, review applications, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process
- Ensure all loans meet investor guidelines and industry standards (compliance matters here!)
- Create a culture of success, accountability, ethics, and teamwork within the branch
- Lead monthly originator meetings and coordinate ongoing training and development
- Partner on marketing strategies, campaigns, and Marketing Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitive insights
- Review customer feedback and continuously improve the client experience
- You’re a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing talent
- You know mortgage products, guidelines, and the sales process inside and out
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and with purpose
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making tough decisions
- You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- You balance sales drive with a strong commitment to compliance and ethics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of mortgage industry sales and/or management experience
- Active NMLS registration and annual certification
- Military education or experience welcomed and considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and mortgage systems
- Professional office setting with a collaborative, energetic vibe
- Mostly sedentary work with standard office physical demands
- Flexibility to work extended hours when business calls for it
- Leadership role with real influence and impact
- Opportunity to build and grow your own high-performing branch
- A company that values production and people
- Competitive environment for driven professionals who want to win
