** Join our team as an Assistant Project Manager at our Oregon Corporate Office!
**** What You’ll Do
*** Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project management activities from pre-construction through closeout
* Track project schedules, milestones, change orders, and budget variances
* Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Assist with reviewing subcontractor pay applications and invoices
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and logs
* Support procurement of materials and equipment
* Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items
** What You’ll Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
* 1–3 years of experience in a similar construction or project support role
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
* Ability to work in our Oregon, WI office, with travel to sites as needed
** Compensation & Benefits
*** Pay Range: $80,000 – $105,000 annually
