Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Join Legacy Property Management as an Apartment Turnover Cleaner and play a vital role in preparing our properties for new residents. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in detailed work and perform well in a fast paced environment. This position is essential to ensuring apartments are clean, safe, and move in ready.

• Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartments to meet company standards
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas including appliances and fixtures
• Clean carpets and maintain floors as needed
• Inspect units for damages and report maintenance issues to management
• Maintain and properly use cleaning supplies and equipment
• Complete turnovers efficiently while maintaining quality
• Work closely with the property management team to support smooth turnovers
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially residential or property management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform extended cleaning tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus
