• Support two Mobile Home and RV Communities in the Portland area.
• Groundskeeping and landscaping:
  Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
• Plumbing:
  Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs.
• Electrical:
  Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, fuses and breakers, and complete similar electrical tasks.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks, including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.
• Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required.
• Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing.
• Clean homes to prepare for sale.

• 1+ year of property maintenance experience
• Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
• Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

• $28-32/hour DOE
• 40 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
