What You Will Do
  • Conduct trademark clearance searches and preliminary assessments
  • Draft and file trademark applications internationally
  • Communicate with clients and IP authorities (e.g., DPMA, IGE, EUIPO, WIPO, national offices)
  • Maintain and manage trademark portfolios
  • Monitor and manage deadlines for filings, renewals, and oppositions
  • Support with oppositions and monitoring tasks
  • Contribute to improving internal workflows and processes related to trademark management
Hard Requirements What we are looking for
  • Full proficiency in German and English;
    French is a strong plus
  • Detail-orientation and organisational skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of your work, clients, and projects with the freedom to shape how you deliver value
  • A proactive mindset and curiosity to learn
Great to have
  • Familiarity with national and international trademark systems
  • Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in IP or trademark law
  • Demonstratable capacity for working independently
  • Ability to integrate AI tools in your workflow
