Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration/Personal Injury Attorney for a full-time hybrid role based in Oregon, United States. The attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, preparing and filing immigration petitions, managing personal injury claims, representing clients in court and administrative proceedings, and advising clients on legal matters. This role requires excellent client communication, legal research, and document preparation.
It allows flexibility with some work performed remotely and some in-office duties.
- Strong legal expertise in Immigration Law, including preparation and filing of petitions, applications, and hearings, as well as Personal Injury case management and settlement negotiations.
- Proficiency in Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Document Review to ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal laws.
- Effective Client Communication and Counseling skills to build client relationships and provide comprehensive legal advice.
- Analytical, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Membership in the Oregon State Bar and an active license to practice law.
- Experience in litigation and courtroom advocacy is highly desirable.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in legal practice.
- Experience in working with diverse clients and communities is a plus.
