What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Monitor conversations handled by digital agents to ensure accuracy and alignment with employer policies
  • Provide feedback to improve digital agent performance and capabilities
  • Support human agents by ensuring proper escalation of complex issues
  • Analyze performance reports related to digital agent interactions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes for improved customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • A minimum of one year of experience focused on identifying trends and patterns within data
  • Hands‑on experience with quality monitoring and/or auditing chats or calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in process or workflow improvement
  • Familiarity with data analytics and AI‑driven automation
  • Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about how systems and processes work
  • Prior exposure to process improvement or content development
  • Ability to clean, analyze, and present data
