UX Designer

• Create, document, and refine ALG portal user personas by conducting stakeholder and customer interviews.
• Number of interviews and interview agenda will be agreed upon in advance.
• Using the synthesis of the customer and stakeholder interviews, create portal storyboards and a site map for the ALG portal functionality which outline the user's actions and circumstances under which those actions are performed.
• Workshop with the purchaser the key customer journeys and then create customer journey maps that represent the steps taken by a user to achieve a specific goal, such as generating a service quality report, modifying a service plan, or requesting support.
• Using Kuiper brand guidelines as the basis, create the visual design and style guide based on client approved requirements for the ALG portal to support the ease of use and consistency with style guides.
• Based upon the agreed upon documented journeys and feedback from interviews develop user interface (UI) mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct an analysis of the existing ALG portal and provide recommendations for improvements on UX issues identified.
• Conduct usability reviews using the prototypes developed.
• The number of reviews and the basis of reference for the reviews will be mutually agreed upon in advance.
• Create and analyze usability reports and propose portal enhancement to improve the customer experience.

• Customer journeys with illustrative screens (number of screens to be mutually agreed upon) to create story boards (number of journeys to be mutually agreed upon in advance).
• One (1) visual design and style guide.
• User interface design prototype(s) (number to be mutually agreed upon in advance).
• Usability testing results (number of usability tests to be mutually agreed upon in advance).
• Usability reports (number of reports to be mutually agreed upon in advance).
• Analysis result of a heuristic review of the current ALG portal and recommendations.

• Over 13+ years of experience in IT.
• Over 7 years of experience in UX Designing.
• Over 4 years of experience in customer and stakeholder interviews, create portal storyboards and a site map for the ALG portal functionality.
