- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures while driving portfolio planning and operations
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools, preferably Service Now and JIRA
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated project management capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and make recommendations to upper management
- High level of accuracy and excellent judgment under pressure
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI
- Certified Workforce Planning Professional
- Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT)
- Experience with data analysis and data manipulation using Excel
- Knowledge of IT hardware/software assets and application platforms
