Under the supervision of the Director, IT Architecture, the IT Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Analyst is responsible for the design and maintenance of the configuration management program to include Service Now CMDB configuration item attributes, relationships and overall accuracy
.
- Need 5 years of Service Now experience in the areas of Service Now CMDB/CIs as a CMDB Business Analyst.
- The CMDB is the Service Now database that stores information about all technical services
. Within the CMDB, the support information for each service offering is stored in a Configuration Item (CI) specific to that service
